- We offer nationwide delivery in Bangladesh.
- Delivery charges vary depending on location and product type.

- Delivery timelines will be confirmed at the time of purchase.
6. Warranty & After-Sales Service
- Products come with manufacturer or supplier warranty (varies by product).
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not misuse or wear-and-tear.
- Customers must retain purchase receipt/invoice for warranty claims.
- Gym.com.bd provides paid servicing and spare parts beyond the warranty period.
7. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened/unused products.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the same payment method within 7–14 working days.
- Custom-ordered or imported-on-request products are non-refundable.
