1. Delivery Coverage
- We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh.
- Major cities (Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, etc.) are served through our own logistics partners.
- Remote or rural areas are covered via third-party courier services.
2. Delivery Timeframe
- Dhaka City: 1–3 working days (depending on stock availability).
- Outside Dhaka: 3–7 working days.
- Custom-ordered/imported products: Estimated delivery 15–30 days (confirmed at order time).
3. Shipping Charges
- Dhaka City: Free delivery on orders above BDT 20,000.
- Outside Dhaka: Delivery charges apply, based on weight, size, and location.
- Large commercial equipment may incur special handling charges.
4. Installation & Assembly
- Treadmills, multi-gyms, and large equipment include basic installation service within Dhaka.
- Installation outside Dhaka may require additional service charges.
- Customers will be informed of installation costs before confirmation.
5. Order Tracking
- Customers will receive an SMS/Email confirmation with order details.
- Tracking updates are provided via phone/email.
6. Delivery Responsibility
- Please provide a correct shipping address and contact number.
- Customers must be available to receive the order at the delivery address.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- Customers should inspect products upon delivery.
- If items are missing or damaged, notify us within 24 hours with photo/video evidence.
- Replacement or refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
