1. Delivery Coverage

• We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh.
• Major cities (Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, etc.) are served through our own logistics partners.
• Remote or rural areas are covered via third-party courier services.

2. Delivery Timeframe

• Dhaka City: 1–3 working days (depending on stock availability).
• Outside Dhaka: 3–7 working days.
• Custom-ordered/imported products: Estimated delivery 15–30 days (confirmed at order time).

3. Shipping Charges

• Dhaka City: Free delivery on orders above BDT 20,000.
• Outside Dhaka: Delivery charges apply, based on weight, size, and location.
• Large commercial equipment may incur special handling charges.

4. Installation & Assembly

• Treadmills, multi-gyms, and large equipment include basic installation service within Dhaka.
• Installation outside Dhaka may require additional service charges.
• Customers will be informed of installation costs before confirmation.

5. Order Tracking

• Customers will receive an SMS/Email confirmation with order details.
• Tracking updates are provided via phone/email.

6. Delivery Responsibility

• Please provide a correct shipping address and contact number.
• Customers must be available to receive the order at the delivery address.
• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

• Customers should inspect products upon delivery.
• If items are missing or damaged, notify us within 24 hours with photo/video evidence.
• Replacement or refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
