1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The product is defective or has a manufacturing fault.
- The product delivered is different from the order placed.
- The product was damaged during delivery (proof required).
- You cancel your order before shipment.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.
- Opened or unsealed items (unless defective).
- Custom or special-order products imported upon customer request.
- Issues caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
3. Return Process
- Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery via email or phone.
- Returned items must be in original packaging, unused, and with receipt/invoice.
- Inspection will be done before approval of refund.
4. Refund Method & Timeline
- Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, or card).
- Refund processing may take 7–14 working days depending on payment channel.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to a bank/bKash account provided by the customer.
5. Exchange Option
Instead of a refund, customers may opt for an exchange for another product of equal or higher value (difference payable).
